Bad on so many levels. The office has been opened for 8 yrs when I arrived. At yr 9, owner/optician freaks out about HIPAA like she is hearing about it for the first time. This episode revealed to me that she knows so little about the industry. 3 opticians miss tons of errors and I am treated like an expensive 4th optician. Bad processes all over that produce tons of errors. No investment in technology to reduce errors or investigate cause of errors. Hubris and complacency.
