How finding Bailey Nelson has enhanced my career.

My experience at Bailey Nelson has been nothing but exceptional. The opportunity to work with Bailey Nelson came at what I felt was the perfect moment, as I was not feeling fulfilled and appreciated in my previous role. Since joining Bailey Nelson I am able to provide my patients with the care they deserve while also having the opportunity to grow my own practice and discover the business aspect of Optometry. 

The store’s manager, Farhiya, was instrumental in making my transition to the clinic seamless. Any questions or assistance I needed was always handled with professionalism and in a timely manner. There is a lot that goes into making this clinic so successful and that includes the amazing team that I work with on a daily basis, who help bring the clinic to life and make it such a lively atmosphere to be a part of. The energy of our team really shows through to our patients and from the feedback we receive. 

Bailey Nelson treats their OD’s as a valuable asset to the team, we’re always encouraged to provide feedback on how the clinic is flowing, and if any changes are necessary. As a new OD, my favorite part is having a WhatsApp group chat to discuss any clinical cases with other fellow OD’s within the company. Everyone is so eager to help and you will receive a response instantaneously.

I honestly could not have chosen a better location for myself. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for me.
